Fresh & Perishable Items

• Non-Returnable: All fresh and perishable items are final sale.

• Proof Required: Please provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

• Resolution: Eligible cases will be handled through replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Exceptions

• Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

• Shipping Delays: If carrier delays cause spoilage, report the issue within 24 hours for

resolution.

• Special Orders: Custom or special-order products may not be returnable; details will be provided at checkout.
