At Onatru, every order is carefully packed and shipped to protect product quality, freshness, and food safety.
Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
Fresh & Frozen Products
Perishable items ship via Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air to maintain proper temperature control.
The appropriate shipping method is automatically selected at checkout based on the products in your order.
Dry & Shelf-Stable Products
Non-perishable items ship via standard ground service unless an expedited option is selected at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
• Delivery destination
• Package weight and dimensions
• Shipping speed selected
Shipping costs are paid by the customer. We do not inflate product pricing to offset shipping charges. Our pricing reflects the true cost of premium ingredients.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Onatru.
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
