Storage Instructions: Trucks carrying this product will be loaded and transported in a sanitary manner following all requirements stated in this specification. Product will be transported and stored refrigerated at temperatures between 33°F to 40°F.

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
