with a honey-comb texture and rich, butter flavor."
Storage Instructions: "Store frozen until needed. Thaw in refrigerator fully wrapped in plastic for 48 hours. When needed, remove and temper to 46 -50 °F depending on the production environment. The sheets are ready when pliable and able to bend 45 degrees without breaking or tearing.
The shelf life under refrigerated conditions
(36-39°F) is at least 8 weeks."

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
