This is then accented with a touch of sea salt and traditionally hand-tied creating a Burrata like no other. Grande's Burrata is made with specially selected cultures that give it a distinctively pleasant, authentic flavor reminiscent of the Burrata handmade in the Italian countryside. Grande Burrata is made with all natural ingredients, no artificial colors or preservatives. We protect the freshness and tender mouth feel by presenting the product in brine water, the traditional way. Burrata is most commonly paired with tomato, cheese, prosciutto, basil or arugula. Grande Burrata can be served in a variety of applications from appetizers to salads to pizza to help you differentiate your menu.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
