This is then accented with a touch of sea salt and traditionally hand-tied creating a Burrata like no other. Grande's Burrata is made with specially selected cultures that give it a distinctively pleasant, authentic flavor reminiscent of the Burrata handmade in the Italian countryside. Grande Burrata is made with all natural ingredients, no artificial colors or preservatives. We protect the freshness and tender mouth feel by presenting the product in brine water, the traditional way. Burrata is most commonly paired with tomato, cheese, prosciutto, basil or arugula.
