Tenera® (TEN-neh-rah). Tenera® provides a fuller taste and more defined texture. Rich, full-bodied flavor and tiny, tender curds are characteristic of Grande’s all natural Ricotta Tenera. Spreads easily, gently flows so lasagnas won’t collapse and ingredients won’t pour out when calzones are cut. Has a high tolerance to heat and reheats wonderfully. Freezes well in any application. All natural and packed without any preservatives, artificial ingredients or fillers.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
