New York Extra Sharp Cheddar is made by Cabot Creamery and is New York Grown and Certified. It is aged for 12 months, resulting in a sharp, tangy cheddar that boasts both brightness and subtlety with citrus notes and a hint of bergamot. Because of its age, this cheese is naturally lactose-free. It's crumbly, with a rich creaminess that gets even better at room temperature. Try different ways to enjoy the cheese, like with a cup of tea, shredded over a pizza, on nachos, soup and more. Add zing to a pasta dish or your next sandwich. Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
