This revolutionary fry provides exceptional delivery and takeout characteristics, maintaining crispiness up to 30 minutes when using vented packaging. The accordion-style grooves of the concertina increases overall surface area to help maximize crispiness.
Storage Instructions: Do not drop. Handle like eggs. Perishable, keep frozen. Store at 0ºF (-18ºC) or colder. Pallet height and quantity are variable, dependent on shipping method.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
