Sourced from the purest waters, Mrs. Friday's scallops are carefully prepared and individually quick frozen to retain their naturally delicious flavor. These 26/30 count scallops will fit on every seafood lovers menu.

• Finished count contains 26-30 scallops per pound
• Yields approximately 60 4-ounce servings per case
• Sweet, premium, untreated (dry) scallop meat
• Signature coatings add a golden crispiness
• Quick-frozen to lock in freshness and taste
• Deep fryer: Heat oil to 350°F. Add scallops shaking basket occasionally to prevent from adhering. Fry approximately 2.5 to 3 minutes or until golden brown
• Keep frozen at 0 +/- 10 F until ready to use
• Best when used within 455 days of manufacture
• Keep frozen until ready to use and do not refreeze
