Our Snapper Portions are skin-on, boneless, and wild caught. These portions are CO-enhanced to preserve their natural color. Snapper is sweetly mild, lean and moist with a medium texture and responds well to a variety of cooking methods. Since these portions are skin-on, you can pan-sear them until the skin is crispy to create a delicious combination of tender meat and crispy texture. Each Snapper portion is individually vacuum packed for optimal freshness and convenience.

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
