Our wild caught skin-on, boneless Swordfish Steaks cook up moist and juicy due to their moderately high-fat content. The fish steaks are minimally CO treated to preserve their quality and natural color for an appealing plate presence. Swordfish has a medium flavor and a firm, meaty texture that soaks up the flavor from seasonings and sauces and is excellent for marinating and grilling. Each steak is individually vacuum packed and frozen for optimal freshness and convenience.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
