Our whole all natural Lane Snapper is wild caught in the warm waters of the Caribbean. This whole fish is gutted, gilled, scaled and ready to prepare. Lane Snapper is lean and moist with a medium texture and responds well to a variety of cooking methods. Each fish is individually quick frozen and poly bagged for optimal freshness and convenience.

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
