Our Cod Loins are skinless, boneless and processed from wild caught Cod. Cod has a mild, clean flavor and large, tender flakes. The texture of cod is firm and tender, yet flaky, and it’s slightly firmer than haddock. The mild flavor of cod makes it extremely versatile, and it works well with a wide variety of seasonings and sauces. Each loin is individually quick frozen and bulk packed for optimal freshness and convenience.
Storage Instructions: Keep frozen. Do not refreeze.

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
