Serving & preparation

Serving Suggestion: Mix in nuts or berries into the pancakes to personalize and to drive check average. Top with syrup or fruit
Preparation Instructions: Combine 2 cups mix and 1-1/2 cups cold water. Heat skillet over medium-low heat or electric griddle to 375 degrees F. Combine all ingredients and stir until large lumps disappear (do not beat or over mix). Let stand 3-4 minutes to thicken. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake into lightly greased skillet. Turn when pancakes bubble and bottoms are golden brown.
