Campbell Soup Signature frozen Creole-style chicken gumbo provides authentic, spicy Creole flavors and hearty ingredients for customers who want a well-rounded meal. Convenient bulk packaging saves on labor costs and prep time when making from fresh.
• Three 4-pound frozen trays per master case
• Yield of approximately 384 fluid ounces per master case
• Louisiana-style gumbo containing tomatoes, okra, onions, celery, chicken, green peppers and rice in a thick, spicy chicken broth
• Temper up to 48 hours at 40 F in refrigerator prior to cooking
• Empty two trays into large saucepot, fill both trays with water, add to saucepot, bring to a boil and simmer at medium-high heat
• Reduce to low heat to maintain temperature of 190 F, transfer to steam table while serving
• Keep frozen at 0 F or lower until ready to prepare, do not refreeze, refrigerate unused cooked portions in a separate container
• Do not use if punctured or torn
• Case dimensions measure 17.8 inches long by 11 inches wide by 3.6 inches high

- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
