Storage Instructions: Product should be stored at frozen temperatures (<32F) until it is used. Best Performance at Room Temperature
IF the Product is FROZEN: Remove bagged product from the case and let to defrost in a refrigerator until fully thawed (overnight:
approximately 12 hrs). Fluff to separate and use the product accordingly.
IF REFRIGERATED: Remove bagged product from case and let to stand at room temperature 1-3h. After reaching room temperature, fluff
and individually separate each tortilla.

Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
