Premium Signature Angus Boneless Chuck Flat is the remaining lip extension of the Chuck Eye up to but not including the Chuck Short-rib. The product is rectangular in shape and must be minimum 2.5 inches and maximum of 5 inches wide. The surface fat is trimmed to the blue tissue leaving flakes of fat not to exceed 1/8 inch.

- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
