Our all natural Niman Ranch Angus Beef is also certified humane. Purchased with our Ultimate Flow patty technology, our Niman Ranch Angus Burger will cook quicker, more evenly and deliver a superior yield. Our bulk ground beef products are vacuum packaged in smaller convenient packages. Our ground beef is tender, consistent and flavorful.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
