Preparation Instructions: To Thaw: Place product under refrigeration for 24 hours or under cool running water (in packaging) for 30-45 minutes. To Cook: Combine with onion and season with salt and pepper. Form into patties about 1/2-inch thick. Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook 3 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. This product is not ready to eat. It is designed to be heated to 165°F before serving. Verify internal temperature with a meat thermometer, as cooking times will vary due to differences in appliances and weight of product. Always wash work surfaces and your hands before handling food. Keep raw meats and vegetables separate from cooked product. Freeze or refrigerate leftovers immediately.
