Colavita’s 90/10 Canola/Virgin Olive Blended Oil provides a light but delicious taste when used for sautéing and creating sauces. With a high smoke point of 400°F to 428°F, it’s also a great choice for frying. This all-natural blend of 90% Canola Oil and 10% Virgin Olive Oil offers the fruity taste and aroma of fresh-pressed Virgin Olive Oil blended with the lightness of Canola Oil. It’s cholesterol free, low in saturated fat, and a delicious and affordable replacement for frying, salad dressing, and many other culinary applications. This oil is packaged in BPA and phthalate-free bottles made from recycled PET (rPET), a safe, energy-efficient and sustainable recyclable material.
