This classic combination of creamy ricotta, fresh mozzarella, aged romano and artisan parmesan is encased in a handmade style tortelloni. They are wrapped in a classic combination of spinach pasta, egg pasta and red pepper pasta. Nuovo began in 1989 with a small imported pasta machine, a wooden rolling pin and a deep passion for pasta. Since then Nuovo has received numerous culinary awards and gained national distinction for its line of specialty pasta. This tortelloni is a fresh pasta that needs to be kept refrigerated. Two servings per package. Once you receive the package, it has an optimal shelf life of 3 weeks or should be frozen within those days.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
