The intense milk and creamy dairy taste of this pale milk couverture chocolate comes with delightful biscuit notes. Great for detailed moulding because of low viscosity. Pistoles forms makes easy tempering possible. Special recipe for fine molding, coatings, pastry ganache, mousse, pralines interior ganache, sauce, decoration, ice cream and sorbet.

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
