A heat processed blend of Red Tart Pitted cherries and other ingredients that can be used as a pie filling, topping or as the fruit component in desserts and other applications. The selected ingredients are blended together and cooked. The cooked filling is hot filled into clean containers, sealed, and air-cooled.
Storage Instructions: Pasteurized for your safety. After opening, transfer to covered storage container and refrigerate; best if used within 10 days. Do not freeze. This product is pitted mechanically and may contain occasional pits.

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
