Ken's Double Egg Mayonnaise is one of the highest quality mayonnaises in all of Foodservice. Made with 100 percent Midwestern egg yolk, it uses twice the egg content of traditional mayo to create rich, creamy, delicious flavors that are perfect for enhancing everything from chicken entrees to tuna salads to seafood.
Storage Instructions: Dry storage at ambient temperature (50 - 80F). Do not freeze.

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
