Golden Dipt Matzoh Meal is made from crisp matzoh bread that is ground to a fine consistency. This meal can be used as a versatile ingredient for traditional Matzoh Ball Soup, a breader for chicken, fish and vegetables or as a substitute for any application where bread crumbs are called for. It can even be used as a thickener or binding agent in a variety of casseroles, potato pancakes, and gratins, or further ground to a powder-like consistency to create matzoh cake meal for Passover cakes.
Storage Instructions: Shelf stable under clean, cool, dry cereal storage conditions and away from high humidity.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
