Rich, moist texture with excellent shelf life and specially formulated to suspend fruit, nuts, and other specialty ingredients. Great for muffins and muffin tops. Available in a cost-effective, 50 lb bulk format for larger operations.
Storage Instructions: Muffin Mix is not ready-to-eat and must be thoroughly cooked before eating.To prevent illness from naturally occurring bacteria in wheat flour, do not eat raw batter; wash hands and surfaces after handling.

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
