Serving & preparation

Serving Suggestion: 1/2 CUP
Preparation Instructions: 5 lbs mix 3 Quarts (96 oz) Water 70-75°F 2 1/2 lb mix 6 cups (48ozs) water 70-75°F 1. Blend together all liquid ingredients in proper sixe mixing bowl 2. add pancake mix and blend with whip attachment 30 seconds on low speed, scrape bowl and continue to blend for 1 minute. 3. let batter stand 10 minutes - then gently reblend the batter. 4. Fry on lightly greased griddle at 375°F - 385 °F for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes per side. FOR WAFFLES add additional 2oz of water to each pound of mix used in preparation of batter.
