• 8 pieces per pound
• Each piece weights approximately 2 ounces raw, 2.5 ounces once cooked
• One 6-pound case yields approximately 7.2 to 7.5 pounds prepared product
• Contains about 16 servings (3 pieces per serving) per case
• Fresh egg pasta filled with hormone-free, paddle-whipped Burrata cheese folded with premium fresh Impastata ricotta and a hint of fresh basil
• Pasta made from 100% non-GMO North Dakota semolina and grade A eggs
• Double-bellied ravioli with 80% filling, 20% pasta
• Serve 3 pieces for an entrée (4 pieces for a very large, family-style portion)
• Recommended with tomato sauces, with roasted peppers as part of an antipasto, or served over greens
• Directly from frozen, boil for 4 to 6 minutes or until desired texture
• For best flavor, cook just shy of al dente and finish sautéing in the sauce it will be served in
• Keep frozen at 0 F or below
• Use within 365 days of manufacture
• Do not thaw; cook directly from frozen
• Handle product with care while frozen to avoid breakage
