Storage Instructions: Hand packed in lactic acid brine in 1 gallon jars and 5 gallon pails.
Store unopened at room temperature. Shelf life unopened is 36 months.
Once opened, store the unused olives with their original brine in the jar or pail with the lid sealed.
Partially used jars and pails can be held in the refrigerator for up to ten days.

Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
