Roland Cornichons distinguish themselves through the use of both tarragon and coriander. As these cornichons have only a very short time in a salt brine, they do not have the salty taste nor high sodium content of the regular gherkin or pickle(cucumbers).
Storage Instructions: Roland Cornichons can be stored at room temperature; however, the crispness is brought out if they are refrigerated first. Refrigerate after opening.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
