Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.

Orders ship on the following schedule:

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs. 

Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.

All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.

MICROWAVE: - Empty cheese sauce into a microwave safe bowl. - Cover and microwave on HIGH. Heat 5 min (160°F), stir, re-cover and heat an additional 2–3 min (160°F). - Microwave ovens vary; times given are approximate. Heat until product reaches 160°F. PUMP DISPENSER: - Store product at ambient temperature. - Stir heated product before dispensing (160°F). - Add water if needed for desired consistency. - Discard product after holding for 6 hours at 140°F. MICROONDAS: - Coloque la salsa de queso en un recipiente apto para microondas. - Cubra y caliente en ALTO pot 5 mins (160°F), revuelva, vuelva a cubrir y caliente 2–3 min más (160°F). - Los hornos de microondas varían; los tiempos indicados son aproximados.
