Made from Land O Lakes Performance Cheese it is creamy smooth and has a rich mild cheese flavor that is great by itself or paired with other ingredients allowing operators to vary the flavor. It's available in a 5-pound boil-n-serve pouch allowing operators to menu cheese sauce in minutes and enhance appetizers, entrees, pasta and sides.

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
