• Sauce is ready to heat and serve. Can be prepared from frozen or refrigerated state.
• TO HEAT: Bring a large pot of water to boil. Submerge one bag in boiling water and boil for 40 minutes if frozen or 30 minutes if refrigerated.
• TO HEAT: Preheat steamer- combination oven and place sauce pouch into a shallow hotel pan. Place pan in steamer and steam for 40 minutes if frozen or 30 minutes if refrigerated.
• Shelf Life 455 days.
• Customer shelf life storage temperature at less than 0°F.
