Preparation Instructions: Lawry's Taco Seasoning Mix is easy to prepare. Follow these kitchen- simple steps: 1. Cook 10 pounds ground beef (20% fat); drain excess fat. 2. Add 1 package mix and 1 ½ quarts water; blend thoroughly. 3. Bring to a boil over medium heat; simmer (covered) 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Serve 1 taco shell with 1/8 cup seasoned taco meat, ½ tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon shredded lettuce, 1 tablespoon diced tomato. 1 serving = 2 tacos Yield: Approximately 10
