Our Premium Pure Cane Light Brown Sugar is always nicely brown all the way through. Its nutty, caramel flavor, moistness, and subtle molasses flavor makes it an ideal product for cookies, shortbread, spiced cakes, brownies, and crumble toppings. Generally, if a recipe doesn€™t specify Dark Brown, it is intended that Light Brown be used.

Storage Instructions: Storage Instructions: To retain moistness, soft brown sugar is best keep stored in an airtight container away from light and heat. Freeze for prolonged storage (brown sugar thaws rapidly).

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
