The name derives from Italian maccheroni. Tubular, narrow curved pasta - one of the most common short shapes, good for most sauces as well as baked dishes. In Italy Maccherone (macaroni) refers to ALL dried pasta, in the US the term is often misused to refer to the Elbow shape.

Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
