The sour cherry season is typically just a few weeks so we made it our mission to capture the bright, tart/sweet flavor all year-round. Hand-crafted in the Mediterranean, our Sour Cherry Spread features the Oblacinska varietal cherry, which is renowned for its dark ruby-red skin and smaller size. Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.

Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
