This Pickled Red Cabbage is perfect for cabbage recipes of every kind. In side dishes, serve it with sausage or pork, or feature easy-to-prepare Braised Cabbage with Apples.
• Contains six 6.56-pound cans packed together in one standard shrink wrapped tray
• Cabbage shreds must be uniform to approximately 1/16” in thickness with shreds reasonable in length, 4 inches or less
• Color should be bright and uniform red/purple
• Yields about 594 servings of Two Tbsp. per case
• Grade A Standards
• Thermally processed to be commercially sterile
Simple Ingredients: Red cabbage, high fructose corn syrup, water, vinegar, salt, applesauce, citric acid
• Stove Top: Just heat, season to taste and serve
• Microwave: Empty contents into microwavable dish; cover; heat two to three minutes. Stir, season to taste and serve
• Store at ambient temperature. Avoid freezing or prolonged storage above 90° F and below 40° F with no more than 50% humidity
• Best when used within 730 days
• Refrigerate unused product in a separate container

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
