Laura Chenel Marinated Jalapeno Chili Goat Cheese is all about flavor with a kick. We cut discs from our fresh Original Logs and place them on racks to dry for 5-7 days. Then we hand-pack them into recyclable pales along with jalapeno olive oil and crushed chilis. Our marinade slowly infuses spicy flavor into the golden oil and the cheese. Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
