This versatile fresh, spreadable cheese has the texture of lightly whipped cream cheese and a tangy irresistible flavor! 3 ingredients: milk, rennet, and salt mean half the fat and twice the protein and calcium of cream cheese. Enjoy on a bagel, drizzled with honey on a cheese board, or with berries and granola for breakfast, use in dips, and salad dressings, a dollop on soup, alongside bellini and caviar, as an upgrade from crème fraîche, in cheesecakes, frostings, as a filling for pasta, blintzes, or bureka/borek, torched on a neopolitan pizza, in ice creams and more - the savory or sweet options are endless
