Beautifully marbled and coated in a dry rub of Calabrian chiles, Tempestas Hot Capicola is boldly delicious. Its made with pork collar, a cut between the neck and the ribs thats particularly tender. Tempesta brines and slow roasts the meat until its juicy with a deep pork flavor. As with most coppa, its incredible on Italian subs or muffalettas. Also delicious on a board. Sold as a 4.5# piece.

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
