This is pasture-raised, 100% grass-fed and grass-finished Angus Beef, raised humanely and with sustainable practices. 112A ribeyes, which come from the cows rib primal, are buttery, beefy, and exceedingly tender. Depending on how much time you have, ribeye can either be slow roasted or sous vided, then pan roasted for best results.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.

Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
