All La Belles chicken is ABF, with no growth hormones or GMOs. Their birds are fed a local diet of corn and soy and given plenty of space to roam. They are also slow-growing birds-the longer the grow-out period, the more delicious the flavor. And last but not least, their chicken is air-chilled instead of being cooled in a water bath, so the skin gets super crispy. Boneless, skinless thighs offer deep flavor and succulent texture. Naturally fattier than breast meat, they are incredibly forgiving and a great pick for rich braises, pulling, and pan-frying.

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
