Applewood Smoked Bacon from North Country Smokehouse is handcrafted by a family-run company and made from all-natural, humanely raised pork. North Country hand-trims pork belly slabs, slow-cures the meat for days in dark maple syrup and spices, and smokes it for hours over real apple wood for a rich flavor with a subtle cider finish.
