This 6-bone veal chop rack has a 4-inch rib, and includes both the feather and chine bones, which allow for the individual chops to be knife cut. The cut chops are perfect for roasting or grilling. Atlantic Veal & Lamb's Plume de Veau calves are raised in European-style pens with plenty of room. Plume de Veau cattle taste like Italian veal, with a light meaty flavor and buttery texture.
