Made from a closed herd of grass-fed, hormone-free cows, these pasture-fed cows roam and much on a variety of grasses, herbs, flowers and weeds. The taste and smooth texture of this cheddar is reminiscent of artisan-made farmer's market cheeses. Redmond is a rich, well-balanced, buttery cheddar packed with deep, satisfying flavor.
