Kaluga Hybird caviar comes from the Huso Dauricus (Kaluga) x A. Screnckii (Amur) hybrid offspring, only farmed in the sturgeons' native Amur River region between Northern China and Russia. Extra large, firm, amber-brown to gold pearls make this milk caviar very popular world-wide.
