This spicy fresh sausage blends coarsely ground chicken flavored with paprika, cayenne, garlic and olive oil. Handcrafted here in the US using traditional French techniques, the highest quality meats, and locally sourced vegetables. The casings are natural sheep casings. No nitrites, hormones, antibiotics, artificial preservatives or additives.

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.

Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.

All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
