Over the years, we have added flavored Monterey Jacks, Colby, Havarti, Gouda, and other varieties, also recognized for their taste and quality. Wild Morel and Leek Jack is a natural, semi-soft cheese with morel mushrooms and herbs. A mild/creamy cheese with a distinct flavor of mushrooms and a hint of leek. A white to slightly cream color. Wild Morel and Leek Jack pairs well with soft white wine. All Meister items are Naturally Lactose Free, Gluten Free, and Vegetarian. The Meister brand is also made with milk that is procured from our certified Cows First program. The Cows First™ program allows us to recognize farmers’ hard work and respect for their herds.
